Cheers to friendship
10 years...I think it has been 10 years since we met Laura on an airplane to Thailand. Lucky me, she is a great friend with a huge heart.
We met up with her and ...ate grasshoppers, met boys, pretending we didn't speak English and spoke gibberish for a whole night, went to a foam party, drank beers, skinny dipped, she nursed my injured toe and became great friends.
Once a month we get together "gate night" = girls date night, for a meal (that we dont have to cook) and great conversations. We all linger because we look forward to these nights and don't want them to end.
I am grateful to have these ladies in my life.
